Classes start at 6;30 PM.
Price is $100 for the four classes and graduation show, Friday August 17 at 9PM.

Don’t Blame Us
Do you feel responsible for the Pirates not being in first place? According to General Manager Neil Huntington, it’s our fault. He was quoted this week saying the money the team can spend is based on revenue from attendance. That means, since attendance is down, they can’t do anything to put a winning team on the field.
Seriously? You’re going to try and lay a guilt trip on us? I can hear my mother when we were kids and broke something.
“I guess we can’t have nice things in this house.”
“We’d like to have a good team, but if nobody is going to show up, why should we bother?”
Yes, attendance is down this year. It’s down big time. Monday night was the smallest crowd in June in the history of PNC Park.
“Good!”
Is This Really A Convenience?
(Flying Pittsburgh to Latrobe)
A story came on the local news the other night about a new airline coming into Pittsburgh and adding three daily nonstop flights from Pittsburgh to Latrobe. Really? There’s that big of a demand to fly from Pittsburgh to Latrobe?
Hey, I’m not knocking Latrobe here. All I’m saying is it seems like there are easier ways to get there. You know, like driving. I live near the airport so I did a Google Map search and it said it was 48 miles from here to Latrobe. Do you really need to fly that distance? What are you trying to load up your frequent flyer miles?
Its 48 miles each way! You’d have to take about 300 round trips before you had enough miles to use for a reward ticket. I also like the fact they mentioned the flights would be non-stop. Where the hell are you going to stop?
“Hello, this is your Captain. We will be on our way to Latrobe in just a few minutes here. Along the way, I have to stop off and pick up my dry cleaning. After that we will head straight to Latrobe.”
We’re not Here
It had never come up like this before.
“Hey, do we know the Scams?”
“What”
“The Scams. One of them has the first name Illegal.”
That was what the caller ID was actually showing, “Illegal Scam.” Usually it says “Unknown Caller” or “Wireless Caller” or just lists the city where the call is supposedly coming from. Not this time. It was actually telling me who was on the other line. An illegal scammer.
